Pacific Heights Lobby & Common Areas

We were tasked with revamping a dated and unwelcoming lobby in Pacific Heights. The building lacked character and interest - we approached the renovation with the goal of making the space feel modern, yet warm & inviting. We replaced the floors with a warm stone from Portugal, painted the trim in a dark green and replaced the corridor carpeting & decorative lighting for a refresh. The building was built in the 1960’s and we used this as a source of inspiration for the color palette and overall feel.
