Cape Cod Bungalow

After completing Phase I of our Cape Cod bungalow project - our Client approached us with much excitement to start other areas of the home. The current bathroom lacks function and interest, which we wanted to address in our design proposal. Changing the layout affords a large walk in steam shower, plenty of storage and a separate water closet. We proposed removing the existing window which gives space for a recessed medicine cabinet and transom window above. We continued a similar color palette from the rest of the house with a statement marble and plaster walls. This space is playful, bright and functional - without sacrificing sophistication.
